Cecilia graduated in Psychology of Organizations and Marketing at the Cattolica University of Milan, with postgraduate studies in Marketing Management at the MIP Politecnico of Milan.

In May 2019, she had joined VVA Market Research, after several years of experience as HR recruiter in a multinational company.

Today, she is Executive Researcher in the Qualitative Area, studying and implementing all the phases of a research project. with focus on various sectors such as Pharma, Finance, Consumer Goods and, Insurance

She enjoys engaging into DIY, traveling and cooking.
