Maria is a Senior Consultant at VVA Economics & Policy.

Since she joined the company Maria has been involved in quite diversified variety of projects and activities for clients such as the European Commission, the European GNSS Agency, other European organisations and private sector companies. Maria’s involvement includes market assessments, cost-benefit analyses, modelling, support to business development, proposal writing, and information gathering through desk search, expert interviews and workshops organisation.

She has developed key expertise in the GNSS markets of Aviation, Agriculture and Road, and has a keen interest in digital economy and new technologies.

In her previous working experience at SESAR Joint Undertaking, Maria had the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of European Institutions, contract management in general and in-depth knowledge in the Aviation sector.

She graduated from EM Strasbourg Business School and holds a Double Degree Master in European and International Business, in partnership with Economic University of Pavia, Italy.

Maria has Bulgarian Nationality, lived and studied in France since 2008.

French is her first language and she is fluent in English and Italian.
