
Lison Rabuel is a Senior Research Manager at VVA Economics & Policy.
Throughout her studies and previous professional experiences, she gained expertise in a range of policy areas including digital, innovation, consumer policy, territorial development and migration. Her speciality lies in data analysis (impact assessment, cross-country analysis, monitoring) and data collection (desk research, interviews, surveys, case studies). Her research at VVA focuses on the digital economy, with a particular interest in the sharing economy and the start-up ecosystem.
Before joining VVA, she gained relevant professional experience in EU affairs working as a management consultant intern at the European Centre for Government Transformation and Accenture Brussels. This has provided her with valuable experience in research and benchmarking in the area of public administration reform.
She holds a Master’s degree in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, and a Master degree in European Affairs from the University of Lille (Sciences Po Lille). Besides, she speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys travelling, modern art and theatre.
