Francesco is a Principal Consultant at VVA Economics & Policy.

Francesco has a thorough and proven knowledge of EU policies and expertise in a wide range of areas including the internal market and the digital market.

Throughout his career, Francesco has conducted many impact assessments, evaluations and other supported studies for the European Commission. His expertise lies in statistical and qualitative analyses.

In his previous role as Senior Consultant at Sinloc – Sistema Iniziative Locali, Francesco was involved in providing advisory services for urban development and infrastructure projects. His previous work experiences also include a traineeship at the EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office in the Economics and Statistics Services department and an internship at Raiffeisen Bank International.

Francesco has an MSc. in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc. in Economics and Social Science from Bocconi University.

Francesco is a native speaker of Italian, is fluent in English and has good knowledge of French.
