Roberto is a Research Analyst at VVA Economics & Policy in Brussels.
During his studies at Bocconi University, he gained knowledge regarding several policy areas such as cohesion policy, economic policy and social affairs. In particular, Roberto has a strong interest in policy analysis and evaluation. His skillset comprises data collection and econometric analysis.
Before joining VVA, Roberto worked as trainee at DG Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission. Prior to this, Roberto was a public policy consultant at Deloitte, supporting the regional government of Lombardia in drafting projects financed by the European Social Fund and the European Regional Development Fund.
During the Master of Science in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations at Bocconi University, he majored in Healthcare and he worked as a researcher at SDA Bocconi. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Sciences at Bocconi University.
Roberto is a native Italian speaker; he is fluent in English and he is currently learning French.
In his free time, he loves watching old movies, going to music concerts and festivals, discovering new restaurants and spending time at the pub with friends.
