Liviu is a Consultant at VVA Economics and Policy.
He has developed a comprehensive knowledge of EU policies in a wide range of areas throughout his university career. Liviu had studied in Florence (University of Florence), Bologna (University of Bologna) and Rome (LUISS School of Government).
Before joining VVA, Liviu worked as a Business Analyst in Accenture Bucharest, dealing with contracts for international multiple clients. Prior to this Liviu worked for Lattanzio KIBS in Bucharest as an Assistant tender manager being involved in a number of International development projects. Before joining Lattanzio KIBS, Liviu was selected by the European Commission to be part of the Bluebook Traineeship programme at the EASME Agency in Brussels.
Liviu is a Romanian native speaker, fluent in Italian and English, and has a good command of Spanish
