
Julia is Director at VVA Economics & Policy.
Julia has led many studies for the European Commission (e.g. DG GROW, SANTE, JUST) decentralised agencies (e.g. GSA) and the European Parliament. Her expertise lies in public policy support across the Single Market – governance and monitoring of Single Market for Goods, Single Market for Services, Digital Single Market or public procurement. Julia experience and interests also lies in supporting the European Consumer Agenda – current problems and future challenges including digitalisation, consumer rights and protection as well as enforcement issues.
Julia specialises in impact assessment and evaluation with a focus on the assessment of market, business and consumer impacts also within international context. Julia’s project involvement includes project management, client relationship, analysis of socio-economic data, report writing, and stakeholder engagement: (design, implementation).
In her previous role, as a Policy Consultant at RPA, Julia completed cross cutting impact assessments and evaluation across the internal market, justice and consumer policy.
Julia has degrees in Political Science (Poznan, Poland) and European Policy and Management (London, UK).
Julia speaks Polish (native), English (fluent) and Italian (basic).
