
Christian Neumann is a Researcher at VVA Economics & Policy.
His areas of interest and expertise cover, among the others, public economics and finance, economic policy, labour economics, taxation and social policy. His skills relate in particular to desk research, literature review, data collection and economic policy analysis on a scientific level.
In his previous role, as Schuman trainee at the European Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS), Christian replied to inquiries from Members of the European Parliament on economic topics and participated in the drafting of EPRS publications.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from the Georg-August University of Göttingen and a Master of Science in Public Economics from the Free University of Berlin. In his Master thesis, he evaluated the impact of the European Youth Employment Initiative on youth unemployment in France.
Christian speaks German and English.
