She has spent over 25 years working in market research applied to Marketing, collaborating with leading international Market Research agencies. She has garnered a far-reaching experience in a variety of fields and markets and has supported several Italian and international companies.
15 years ago she joined VVA Market Research where she has contributed to implementing new methodologies and products in the area of Customer Profiling, Customer Experience and Employee Satisfaction, Brand Equity, Product Innovation, Digital Monitor. She has also collaborated to the “Quality Project”, thus helping attain the ASSIRM Certification.
Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Università Statale of Milan, she got a master’s degree in Social Research applied to Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Organization and Management of Human Resources.
Keen on travelling, exploring cultures and customs, she loves crafting jewels.
