Luena is a Research Manager at VVA Economics and Policy.
Throughout her studies and previous experiences, she specialised on energy and environmental topics. She has expertise in European public policy design and analysis.
Before joining VVA, Luena worked as energy and environment senior consultant at Logos, a public affair consultancy in Brussels. She also worked in Accenture, where she gained expertise in a range of policy areas including digital and innovation. As a trainee at the European Commission (DG ENER), she provided support to the energy efficiency unit.
Luena holds a master’s degree in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Florence. She has participated in research and study exchanges in South Korea, Russia and the US.
Luena is a native speaker of Italian and is fluent in English and French.
In her free time, Luena likes doing pottery, sewing and contemporary dance.
