Aneta is a Researcher at VVA Economics & Policy.
She has a thorough and proven knowledge of EU policies and expertise in a wide range of areas including financial markets, internal market and regional policy. Her expertise relates to projects involving cross-country data collection and qualitative and quantitative analyses. Aneta possesses a strong interest in digitalization and disruptive technologies developed through her master thesis on the topic of Fintech.
Before joining VVA Aneta worked in EY Belgium in Framework Contracts Management Team within EC Assurance where she was in charge of managing daily operations of framework contracts for DG HOME, DG JUST and EIT. She also completed a traineeship with the European Commission in DG AGRI.
Aneta holds a BA in Modern Languages (English, German and Spanish) from the University of Southampton in the UK, which included an Erasmus exchange in Spain. She also holds a MSc degree in International Business & Economics from the KU Leuven in Brussels.
Aneta is a native Polish speaker, she is fluent in English and German and has a conversational level of Spanish.
In her free time, Aneta likes practicing cycling and badminton, and she’s always up for a new place to visit.
