Tax Executive Institute Emea Autumn Conference

The OECD, namely the BEPS Project, recognizes the complexity of value creation dynamics under today’s business models and demands greater rigour in the analysis of the value chain and its impact on transfer pricing models.

With the aim to align transfer pricing outcomes with value creation, it becomes increasingly important to understand how value is generated by the MNE as a whole through a deep understanding of how associated enterprises operate in combination and contribute to overall value creation.

The Tax Executive Institute Emea Autumn Conference (www.tei-europe.org) held in Leiden (Netherlands) the 17 and 18 November, sponsored by Bonelli Erede (www.belex.com), addresses the key issues of BEPS Project.

Among the speakers, Giandomenico Petronella, Partner at Valdani Vicari & Associati (www.vva.it), with two contributions on value chain analysis and its impact on transfer pricing design, and on control over risk framework with a particular focus on intangibles.
