Analysis and development of in-store Customer Experience

Marketing and strategic support in the development of an innovative EGNOS Software Development Kit

VVA supported the European Commission in the development of a Software Development Kit (SDK) enabling application developers to take advantage of EGNOS (the European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service). The VVA team performed a market survey to investigate the technical framework and the key needs of application developers, supported the software development activities and launched an awareness campaign to promote both EGNOS and the EGNOS SDK.

The project has allowed to define a store opening/closing plan, aimed at achieving the optimal coverage of the Italian territory for a telecommunication company. In this respect, VVA has implemented: the map of competitors’ stores, the analysis of the current performances of the company’s network and the estimation of the potential of catchment areas, both at the macro level (region) and at the micro level (street)
