The estimation of the alleged economic damage suffered by the company-customer has been developed through the following activities gathering of all data concerning the oncologic markets under dispute, available at the date of the beginning of the distributionship agreement analysis of these data in order to determine the lost profits of the company-customer in these markets actualisation of the lost profits at the date of the beginning of the litigation The identification of possible negligences performed by the Italian distributor has been developed through the following activities in-depth analysis of the available literature in the field of pharmaceutical marketing and development of clinical trials gathering of all available data on the strategic and operational activities performed by the Italian distributor during the contractual period identification, through the comparison of the previously collected data, of possible gaps, i.e. negligences performed by the Italian distributor in the distribution, promotion and market development of the oncologic drug, object of the distributorship agreement Data, analysis and evidences emerging from the two phases of the project have been collected in an economic appraisal, used by the company-customer during the international litigation
