VVA supported the Customer, through a tutorship on field, in the process of analysis of existing systems, thus making possible the definition of a structured and integrated model, by overcoming the previous issue of fragmentation.

 

 

VVA supported the Customer, through a tutorship on field, in the process of analysis of existing systems, thus making possible the definition of a structured and integrated model, by overcoming the previous issue of fragmentation.

The analysis investigated: the relationship between business strategy and ICT strategy; the adequacy of hardware and software systems to meet the identified needs; the contribution provided by the IT staff; the assessment of internal know-how, to support ICT area; the capability of company hardware and software technologies, to fit with the ICT strategy; the organization of both Information Systems structure and methods for information services implementation and delivery.

The second phase involved the definition of guidelines for corporate information system’s development. Corrective guidance was provided in order to address and solve problems emerged in the assessment phase, but also to define the organizational design of clinical and administrative processes. The methodology defined by VVA was based on national and international best practices.

Finally, VVA defined specific guidelines and acquisition and management strategies for the ICT area.
